Avoid adding several conflicting camera moves or asking for multiple unrelated locations in a short take. In Normal, the public prompt is editable. In Template, describe the replacement subject and let the fixed workflow supply its motion instructions. The article includes an original writing example and clearly distinguishes it from the private template.

Use authorized likenesses, original character details and music you are allowed to publish. The demonstration clips contain original generated rhythm and ambience rather than an existing song. Watch the whole output before sharing it: a strong first frame does not establish that hands, facial features, motion and sound remain consistent through the ending.

Understanding credits, passes and renewals

The purchase guide explains why an eight-second 480p template and a fifteen-second 720p video pass are different configurations. Shared credits pay for the confirmed model settings and applicable reference seconds. A pass covers its stated compatible request. Monthly and annual plans deliver their stated credits monthly; annual billing does not put a full year of credits into the account at once. The current pricing page provides the actual offers.

Guest purchases belong to the browser-bound workspace that started checkout. Keep that browser and sign in there to save the workspace to a verified account. Entering a receipt email at checkout does not authenticate you as the owner of an existing account. A successful browser return is also different from a verified settled payment: credits and passes are granted after server-side verification.

Keep useful results and learn from each take

Download completed private videos within 24 hours. Public examples are a separate library and do not change the retention window for your own generations. If a technical failure is confirmed, the application releases reserved credits or restores the original unused pass once. An uncertain submission remains under reconciliation so retrying cannot silently create another paid task. Cash refunds follow the separate published refund policy.
