Use only text, photos, videos, audio and likenesses you own or have permission to use. Nightwing AI is independent of DC and other character rights holders. Model access does not grant rights to a character, song or another person’s identity.
Prohibited content
Do not generate or submit NSFW sexual content, pornography, violence or gore, hate, child sexual abuse or exploitation material, unauthorized deepfakes or deceptive impersonation, copyright or trademark infringement, fraud, harassment or instructions for illegal harm.
How requests are checked
Waffo Pancake screens compiled prompt text before generation. Only an explicit allow verdict permits a model request. Blocked, review and unavailable verdicts stop submission. Reference photos undergo additional checks on their actual bytes. These controls do not independently audit every video frame or audio track; you remain responsible for reviewing results.
Report a concern
Contact support@ainightwing.com with a task reference, reason and evidence you can lawfully share. We acknowledge receipt of content reports within 3 business days and provide a handling result or progress update within 7 business days of receipt. If further investigation is needed, the update explains the outstanding issue and next steps, and we keep the reporter informed until closure. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in China (UTC+8). Reports involving child safety, non-consensual intimate material or an immediate risk of harm are prioritized for review and protective action.
The operator may reject requests, remove retained media, restrict abusive accounts and investigate reports. Reply to the same address to contest a decision.
