Acceptance and eligibility

Nightwing AI is a digital image and video creation service. By creating an account or using an enabled service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18, supply accurate account information and have authority to act for any organization you represent. If you disagree, stop using the service. Payment availability is shown on the pricing page; purchases are enabled only after payment-provider approval.

What the service provides

The workspace supports text-to-image, reference-guided image generation, text-to-video, image-to-video and model-dependent reference controls, a private media library, generation history and reusable creative workflows. Optional AI assistance prepares prompts, scenes and first-frame images. Durations, resolution, audio and reference limits depend on the selected model. Model and tool pages explain those controls; every model does not support every feature. Gallery videos are curated footage from our existing projects, not model benchmarks. Separate video extension and upscaling are planned features.

AI Assistant models and access

Scene preparation uses Gemini 2.5 Flash (Google) for editable prompts and supported settings. Optional first-frame generation uses Z-Image-Turbo (Tongyi-MAI). Standalone image creation also offers Gemini Nano Banana 2 and Pro, OpenAI GPT Image 2, ByteDance Seedream 4.5 and Black Forest Labs FLUX.2 Pro. Nightwing AI connects these models through third-party hosted AI APIs from its server. The model names and developers identify the underlying technology; this access method does not imply a direct integration, official endorsement or partnership with the model developers. The selected Seedance, Veo or Hailuo model performs video generation as a separate request through the hosted AI service.

One-time video passes

Premium take costs $9.90 USD. One successful 15-second 720p video using Seedance 2.5 or 2.0. Includes eligible 15-second 720p theme character replacement, subject-photo preparation, the built-in motion template and generated sound. Extra takes, other models, different duration or resolution, custom video/audio references, and image generation use separately quoted shared credits. No shared credits or subscription membership are included. Review the cost before starting; no automatic extra charge. This video pass does not unlock ongoing Inspiration Agent interaction; the account-wide free trial remains separate. Every paid order includes the video workbench: eligible themes and character replacement, model-native references and output settings, scene continuation, batch takes and comparison. Access is not unlimited usage. Video passes include their stated single video in Normal generation; additional images or differently configured videos use separately quoted shared credits. Ongoing Inspiration Agent interaction requires a qualifying credit pack or subscription, separate from the account-wide free trial. Agent text replies have no separate credit charge. Review every image/video cost before starting; no automatic extra charge. Download completed videos within 24 hours. Confirmed failures restore the pass once; uncertain submissions remain reserved for review. No automatic renewal or scheduled expiry for an unused pass. Generated video files still expire after 24 hours. Paid offers are available through Waffo Pancake checkout.

Purchasing without an account

Video passes, credit packs and monthly or annual subscriptions can be purchased without signing in. Enter a receipt email, then continue to Waffo Pancake checkout. Purchases belong to a random, browser-bound guest workspace; entering an email does not sign in to or grant access to any existing account. Guest sessions last up to 30 days and depend on cookies. Sign in on the purchasing device to save the purchased balance, membership, billing history and creations to your verified account before clearing cookies or switching devices. A guest can view credits and manage subscription renewal from the account page in that browser. Signing in does not buy a second subscription or issue credits twice. Contact support with your receipt email and order reference if browser access is lost; ownership verification is required for recovery.

Accounts and security

Sign-in uses the providers shown as available on the sign-in page. Google One Tap, Google OAuth and email-link sign-in are available when their project credentials are configured. Keep your account, provider credentials and sign-in links private. Do not share or resell account access or access another person's media. Report suspected unauthorized access to the contact below. There is no password-based Nightwing sign-in in this release.

Prices, credit packs and payments

Prices are displayed in USD. Credit packs are paid once, do not automatically renew and have no scheduled credit expiry. The amount and credit quantity are shown before checkout; applicable taxes appear in Waffo Pancake checkout. Waffo Pancake is the payment processor and handles full card details, which Nightwing does not store. Credits are delivered after a server-side payment check, not merely because a browser returns to the site. Enabled purchases are shown on the pricing page. Separate sandbox transactions collect no real funds and test credits cannot fund real AI generation. During the shared campaign from 2026-10-17T04:30:00Z until 2026-10-18T04:30:00Z (UTC), eligible first-time buyers receive one 20% discount on any video pass, credit pack or subscription. It is one discounted purchase per account, not one per product, and does not stack with another promotion. A discounted subscription starts with a paid introductory period of 30 days for monthly plans or 365 days for annual plans; after that, it renews automatically at the regular monthly or annual price displayed before checkout unless canceled. The full monthly credit allowance and membership controls apply during the introductory period. Previous payments and promotion records remain linked when a guest signs in; refunds do not restore first-purchase eligibility. The deadline does not reset on a visit or refresh. New discounted checkout sessions stop at that deadline; a session created before it retains the expiry shown by the cashier.

Creator and Studio credit-pack workflows

A qualifying, unrefunded production purchase of the Creator pack ($36.00 USD, 1,800 credits) includes up to 1 active video request and 6 video requests per UTC day. The Studio pack ($90.00 USD, 4,500 credits) includes up to 3 active requests and two-take comparison. No daily video request cap; each request requires available credits. Concurrency and queue limits still apply. Lite monthly includes up to 3 video requests per UTC day. Lite annual and Plus, Pro and Max monthly or annual plans have no daily video request cap; available credits and their concurrency and queue limits still apply. Available credits are required for each request; these limits do not represent free or guaranteed successful videos. The workflow upgrade has no scheduled expiry while the qualifying purchase remains unrefunded. A full or partial refund removes that purchase's workflow upgrade. Higher existing subscription limits are retained. Model and membership control limits, content checks and 24-hour file retention still apply. Workflow access does not create a recurring subscription. Comparison is limited to your own available completed videos and does not extend storage or authorize access to another account.

Monthly and annual plans

Monthly and annual subscriptions are available through enabled checkout. Annual pricing shows the monthly equivalent and total annual payment, with a 5% discount against twelve monthly payments. Verified subscriptions deliver credits monthly; annual billing does not issue twelve months of credits upfront. Existing purchased balances are not reduced or reset by this pricing update. Existing subscriptions and pending orders retain their recorded purchase price and credit allowance; new purchases use the offer displayed at checkout. Unused delivered credits have no scheduled expiry. Subscriptions renew at the interval shown at purchase. Cancel renewal from your account; paid access continues until the displayed period end. Cancellation does not itself refund a payment. Explicitly labelled sandbox subscriptions collect no real funds.

Generation charges and failures

AI generation requires sufficient production credits. There is no automatic free generation allowance. Review the model, inputs, settings and credit quote before submitting. Video generation and optional AI assistant operations can carry separate quotes. The server verifies the quote and reserves credits before submission. Completed work settles the reservation once; confirmed failures release it once. If the provider's submission outcome is uncertain, the reservation stays under review to avoid duplicate paid requests. A different or disappointing creative result alone is not a technical failure. Releasing a credit reservation does not issue a cash refund.

Refunds and billing disputes

Request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the purchase is completely unused. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. The same rule applies to one-time video passes, credit packs and monthly or annual purchases. The Refund Policy explains unused eligibility, payment errors, reversals and the request process. Unresolved reservations must be reviewed before a purchase can be treated as unused. Duplicate, unauthorized payments and delivery errors are reviewed separately; the seven-day rule does not remove mandatory legal remedies.

Your inputs and generated results

You retain your rights in submitted prompts and source material. You grant permission to process, store and transmit those inputs as needed to provide the requested service, maintain your library, handle support and enforce these terms. Obtain rights and consent for images, likenesses, voices, trademarks and other source material. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or generated results. Copyright protection and third-party rights in AI results depend on applicable law and provider terms; exclusive rights, commercial clearance and a particular creative result are not guaranteed. Review the full video and sound before publishing. Nightwing does not run a training pipeline on user inputs; third-party processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use and content checks

These standards apply to prompts, source images, reference video and audio, and generated content. Do not generate or submit pornography or NSFW sexual content; violence or gore; hate speech; child sexual abuse or exploitation material (CSAM); unauthorized deepfakes or deceptive impersonation; or material that infringes copyright or trademarks. Terrorism, instructions for weapons of mass destruction, genocide incitement, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud and harassment are also prohibited. Do not bypass content checks, upload restrictions, account controls or credit accounting, scrape other users' data, or falsely present AI-generated work as human-created. Before image or video generation, Waffo Pancake screens the prompt text and only an explicit allow verdict permits submission. Review, blocked or unavailable checks pause the request without submitting it; retain your draft and retry after the displayed waiting period or contact support. Additional reference-image checks can reject requests, and assistant-generated images are screened before import. Current checks do not independently audit all video frames or audio, so passing a check is not permission to publish prohibited material. You remain responsible for how you use and disclose AI results.

Content reports, review and enforcement

Report prohibited content, impersonation or rights violations to support@ainightwing.com. Include the relevant task identifier or URL, the reason for the report and your contact details; do not send passwords, card details or unlawful media attachments. We acknowledge receipt of content reports within 3 business days and provide a handling result or progress update within 7 business days of receipt. If further investigation is needed, the update explains the outstanding issue and next steps, and we keep the reporter informed until closure. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in China (UTC+8). Reports involving child safety, non-consensual intimate material or an immediate risk of harm are prioritized for review and protective action. The operator reviews received reports against available task records and supplied evidence, may request more information, and can issue warnings, require removal, remove retained media or reject prohibited requests. Serious suspected illegal activity may be referred to the appropriate authorities where required by law. Reports are handled confidentially except where disclosure is needed to investigate or comply with law. Malicious reports are themselves prohibited. To contest a content decision, reply to the same support address with the task identifier and supporting context.

Availability, suspension and liability

AI providers and infrastructure can be interrupted, and enabled features may change. The service is provided as available; we do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, output accuracy or suitability for a specific purpose. We may restrict access to investigate abuse, security incidents or legal requirements. These limitations do not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Suspension does not by itself settle a billing dispute or refund request. Self-service account deletion is not available; contact us to request assistance with your account and data.

Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without limiting mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country. The operator is an individual based in China, identified below. Policy changes are recorded with a new last-updated date; material changes will be displayed before acceptance or purchase.
